The Chauncey B. Warner Memorial Scholarship was established in June 1986 by the Board of Managers for the Warner Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. as a memorial to his many years of dedicated service to the needy children of Franklin County. Up to ten Franklin County high school graduating seniors will be presented with this scholarship. The scholarship is open to students who have been accepted to a post secondary undergraduate program such as an associates degree, a bachelors degree, technology program or other advanced training and is based on financial need and initiative.
A possible ten scholarships, up to the amount of $3,000 each will be awarded among the five Franklin County high schools. Payment will be made directly to the student's choice of school from the Chauncey B. Warner Memorial Scholarship Fund upon satisfactory proof of enrollment.
